This study aims at elaborating the relation between the authentic leadership and conflict management strategies in the school managers. In this context, it was targeted to determine the levels of authentic leadership perception of the managers and teachers in the state schools in Küçükçekmece, Anatolian Site, Istanbul, and the levels of their perception towards the conflict management strategies, and to search if there is an interrelation between these levels. The Spearman Correlation was used to determine the said interrelation. The study revealed a high level of positive interrelation between the levels of authentic leadership in school managers and the conflict management strategies.
