Journal Description

The Anatolian Journal of Educational Leadership and Instruction (AJELI) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing theory, research, and practice in the areas of educational leadership, educational administration and management, curriculum and instruction, instructional design, supervision, teacher education, professional development, organizational behavior, and comparative and international education.

AJELI aims to bridge the gap between educational theory and practice by publishing high-quality and innovative research that contributes to improved educational leadership, organizational effectiveness, teacher practice, and student learning. The journal welcomes original empirical studies using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches, as well as literature reviews, meta-analyses, book reviews, and conceptual papers.

The journal serves a broad international audience, including researchers, university faculty, school leaders, administrators, instructional designers, superintendents, policymakers, and other education professionals committed to evidence-based educational improvement.

AJELI publishes two regular issues each year, in June and December. In addition to its regular issues, the journal also invites and publishes Special Issues focusing on emerging, innovative, high-impact, and frontier topics in educational research.
