Aims

The Anatolian Journal of Educational Leadership and Instruction (AJELI) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access electronic journal dedicated to advancing theory, research, and practice in the fields of educational administration, leadership, management, and instructional design. Published biannually in June and December, AJELI also welcomes proposals for themed Special Issues addressing emerging, high-impact, or frontier topics in educational research. The journal serves as a global platform for researchers, scholars, educational policymakers, and practitioners to share rigorous scientific inquiry that shapes the future of education.

Our Mission and Core Focus

The primary aim of AJELI is to bridge the gap between educational theory and practice by publishing high-quality, innovative, and impactful research. The journal seeks to cultivate a deeper understanding of how educational leadership and instructional methodologies intersect to improve organizational performance, teacher efficacy, and student learning outcomes across diverse global educational contexts.
AJELI embraces a wide spectrum of research paradigms, welcoming original empirical research (qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods), comprehensive literature reviews, meta-analyses, and conceptual frameworks that challenge or advance current educational thinking.

Thematic Scope

The journal invites submissions that address, but are not limited to, the following core thematic areas:

• Educational Leadership and Management: Organizational theory, strategic planning, policy formulation, ethical leadership, change management, and governance in pre-K-12 and higher education settings.
• • Instruction and Curriculum Design: Innovations in teaching methodologies, curriculum development, instructional technology integration, assessment and evaluation, and learning theories in practice (CPD)
• Supervision and Professional Development: Clinical supervision, teacher leadership, mentorship, pre-service teacher training, and continuous professional development (CPD).
• Organizational Behavior in Education: School culture and climate, job satisfaction, educational equity, social justice, and the dynamics of diverse educational organizations
• Comparative and International Education: Cross-national studies analyzing educational leadership structures, policy reforms, and instructional trends on a global scale
