With this research, it was aimed to make the Turkish adaptation of Charismatic Leadership Communication Scale developed by Levine Kenneth (2007), and to make validity and reliability studies. The validity and reliability studies were done with the data gathered from two different study groups from the secondary schools teachers working in the Gaziantep city centre, Şahinbey, and Şehitkamil provinces. To test the scale‟s validity, content validity and construct validity studies were carried out, and item- total correlation coefficients were estimated. Content validity was assessed by experts, and to test the construct validity AFA and DFA analysis were performed with SPSS 20.0.and SPSS 22 for Mac and AMOS 20.0. For reliability studies, Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient and Split- Half correlation coefficients were estimated. Having performed the validity and reliability studies, it was clear that the scale has two factors in Turkish culture. The scale which has 13 items can be used as a valid and a reliable instrument to measure a charismatic leader‟s communication characteristics.
