ABSTRACT
Inclusion can also be seen as a democratic approach because it focuses on all stakeholders. Inclusion, which has been conceptualized in recent years and refers to the acceptance and respect of individual differences such as age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, language, health, disability and lifestyle, focuses on all individuals in society. In this respect, it is a very broad concept and makes individuals with differences in any aspect the subject of study. The phenomenon of leadership, which is as old as human history, is one of the most discussed, debated and researched topics in education. This important subject, which is an integral part of social life, has been the subject of thousands of academic studies, films and books. One of these studies is inclusive leadership. New leadership models that will lead organizations to their targeted success continue to be developed and researched. It is stated that inclusive leadership can eliminate the problems that may arise in environments where different cultures coexist. In the study, it was aimed to adapt the "Inclusive Leadership: Scale Validation and Potential Consequences" scale, which was developed by Al- Atwi and Al-Hassani (2021) and analyzed for validity and reliability, into Turkish. The study group of the research consists of 250 teachers determined by simple random sampling method. In the data analysis process, SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 20 software were used for validity and reliability analysis. Within the scope of EFA and CFA, the factor loadings of two items in the scale were below .40, so these items were removed from the scale. It was concluded that the factor loading values of the other items were between .75 and .92. As a result of the removal of the items from the scale, a first level CFA was conducted with five factors and 23 items, and it was concluded that the factor structures constituting inclusive leadership supported each other theoretically. Then, a second level CFA was conducted in order to theoretically support whether these five-factor structures are the components of inclusive leadership, which is a high-level structure. As a result of the analyses, it was seen that the model goodness of fit values were at least at acceptable level.
