across various variables. Data were obtained from the Higher Education Academic Search System (YÖK Academic). A total of 482 scholars who used the keyword “educational administration” in YÖK Academic were included in the study. Additionally, the keywords of two articles, published between 2020 and 2025 with these scholars as first authors, were collected. The information and keywords retrieved from YÖK Academic were transferred to an Excel file for analysis. The findings indicate that 32.57% of educational administration scholars hold the rank of professor, 32.16% are associate professors, and 35.27% are assistant professors. The highest number of scholars are affiliated with Gazi University. Although most scholars have obtained their master’s and doctoral degrees in educational administration, their undergraduate degrees are predominantly in the field of foreign languages. Regarding the institutions from which scholars graduated, Ankara University is the leading provider of graduates at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels. An analysis of the most frequently used keywords reveals that terms such as “teacher”, “leadership”, “education”, “job satisfaction”, and “headteacher” are predominant. Based on the research findings, recommendations are made regarding the training and employment of educational administration scholars, including postgraduate application requirements, staffing planning, and interdisciplinary structuring.
