In this research, master thesises in strategic planing, that is obligatory in our country in government agency from 2003 to 2014 January, were analyzed. These thesises in YÖK Thesis Centre were analyzed from the point of issue date, master level, university, institute, departments, sex of researchers, title of counsel, method, unıverse - sampling and data gathering tools. In research, interpenetrating multiple design from qualitative research method was used. Research's study universe is one hundred eighty master thesises in strategic planing that are published in YÖK Thesis Centre from 2003 to 2014 January. Although it is thought that all studying group will be reached, because of restrictions research's studying group is one hundred fifty master thesises that are choosed by criterion sampling method. Thesises were analyzed according to the stated criterions and frequency analyze was used in analyses data. As a result of analyzes, master thesises were mostly done in Social Sciences Institute, men published mostly thesises, thesises were done mostly by counsaltation of professor and by qualitative research method. Because study was done in wide range, it is thought that findings will contribute to literature.
